Eligible household cleanouts stay at $550 or less—even over the included two tons—with no added taxes, surcharges, or credit card fees. If your dumpster is half full or less and weighs one ton or less at pickup, our Right Size Guarantee lowers your price to $450. Pickup photos and certified scale tickets verify eligibility.
Both benefits apply to qualifying household debris only. Construction debris, roofing shingles, concrete, dirt, other heavy materials, prohibited materials, and above-rim loads are excluded. Extra rental days, extended delivery, and additional services are outside the cap.

Rubble Jockey adjusted a qualifying 20-yard residential dumpster rental down to the 15-yard rate after pickup on Dowing Place in Lexington’s 40517 area.
The customer booked a 20-yard dumpster because the cleanout size was uncertain. That gave them room to load without guessing too small.

Contractor and wholesale pricing, clean fill dumpsters, and other container sizes are excluded. Neither benefit covers construction debris, roofing shingles, concrete, dirt, other heavy materials, prohibited materials, or above-rim loads.

No. Rubble Jockey reviews qualifying 20-yard residential rentals after pickup.
The final weight record and pickup photo are used to confirm whether the rental qualifies.
If both records meet the guarantee standard, the invoice is adjusted down to the 15-yard residential rate.
When is the invoice adjusted?
The invoice is adjusted after pickup, once the final weight and pickup photo have been reviewed.
The guarantee cannot be confirmed at delivery because Rubble Jockey does not have the returned weight or final load photo yet.

Does the Right Size Guarantee apply to clean fill dumpsters?
No. Clean fill dumpsters are not part of the Right Size Guarantee.
Concrete, brick, dirt, rock, gravel, asphalt, and similar dense materials are handled under separate clean fill rules.
