Right Size Guarantee

Why the Right Size Guarantee Exists

Most first-time renters in Lexington are not fully comfortable sizing a dumpster, and smaller containers often feel safer on price. Rubble Jockey built the Right Size Guarantee to remove that friction by making a 20-yard residential rental easier to choose when the project may need more room. If the dumpster is half full or less at pickup and the load is 1 ton or less based on pickup photos and disposal weight documentation, the rate adjusts down to the 15-yard price.

GUARANTEE SPOTLIGHT

⚖️ Right Size Guarantee Verified on Dowing Place

Rubble Jockey adjusted a qualifying 20-yard residential dumpster rental down to the 15-yard rate after pickup on Dowing Place in Lexington’s 40517 area.

The customer booked a 20-yard dumpster because the cleanout size was uncertain. That gave them room to load without guessing too small.

After pickup, Rubble Jockey checked the final scale ticket first. The returned load weighed 0.78 tons. Rubble Jockey then reviewed the pickup photo to confirm the dumpster came back half-full or less.

Both records qualified, so the invoice was adjusted down to the 15-yard residential rate.

FAQs

How does the Right Size Guarantee work?

Rubble Jockey adjusts a qualifying 20-yard residential rental down to the 15-yard rate.

The adjustment applies when the dumpster comes back half-full or less at pickup and the returned load weighs 1 ton or less.

After pickup, Rubble Jockey checks the final scale ticket or disposal weight documentation first. Then the pickup photo is reviewed to confirm the returned load level.

If both records qualify, the invoice is adjusted down to the 15-yard residential rate.

How does Rubble Jockey know if the dumpster was half-full or less?

Pickup photos verify whether the returned dumpster was half-full or less.

Rubble Jockey documents the visible load level at pickup and compares it against the Right Size Guarantee standard.

That keeps the rule based on proof, not memory or estimates.

How is the 1-ton part of the guarantee verified?

Facility weight documentation confirms whether the returned load was 1 ton or less.

Rubble Jockey checks the final scale ticket or disposal-facility weight record after pickup.

That keeps the weight side of the Right Size Guarantee based on documentation, not a guess.

Who qualifies for the Right Size Guarantee?

The Right Size Guarantee applies to qualifying 20-yard residential dumpster rentals.

It does not apply to contractor pricing, wholesale-style pricing, clean fill dumpsters, or other container sizes unless Rubble Jockey states otherwise.

The guarantee is for residential customers who need enough room to load without overpaying when the job ends up smaller than expected.

Do I have to ask for the Right Size Guarantee?

No. Rubble Jockey reviews qualifying 20-yard residential rentals after pickup.

The final weight record and pickup photo are used to confirm whether the rental qualifies.

If both records meet the guarantee standard, the invoice is adjusted down to the 15-yard residential rate.

When is the invoice adjusted?

The invoice is adjusted after pickup, once the final weight and pickup photo have been reviewed.

The guarantee cannot be confirmed at delivery because Rubble Jockey does not have the returned weight or final load photo yet.

That keeps the adjustment based on the completed rental, not a guess.

Does the Right Size Guarantee apply to clean fill dumpsters?

No. Clean fill dumpsters are not part of the Right Size Guarantee.

Concrete, brick, dirt, rock, gravel, asphalt, and similar dense materials are handled under separate clean fill rules.

RIGHT SIZE. FAIR BILL. NO SURPRISES.
