Rubble Jockey is a locally owned dumpster rental company based in Lexington, Kentucky.

How do the Right Size Guarantee and $550 price cap work?
Qualifying 20-yard household cleanouts are capped at $550, with a credit for smaller loads.
The $550 cap includes delivery, pickup, disposal, and seven rental days. No additional taxes, fuel surcharges, or credit card fees apply. Construction debris, roofing, and clean fill are excluded, and material must stay below the rim.
If the dumpster is half-full or less at pickup and weighs one ton or less, our Right Size Guarantee adjusts your bill down to the 15-yard residential rate. Pickup photos and scale tickets verify the adjustment.
Do you offer contractor and commercial dumpster service?
Yes, contractor pricing separates the haul rate from disposal, so you pay for the weight you use.

What size dumpster should I order?
Order a 20-yard dumpster for household cleanouts, downsizing, moving, or spring cleaning.
It gives you room to finish the job without paying for a second delivery because a smaller dumpster filled up too soon. One 20-yard rental costs less than two 10-yard rentals.
If your qualifying residential rental is half-full or less at pickup and weighs one ton or less, our Right Size Guarantee adjusts your bill down to the 15-yard rate. Pickup photos and scale tickets verify the adjustment.
For investors acquiring a property with contents left behind, we recommend a 30-yard dumpster to accommodate the remaining contents and renovation debris.
Do I need a permit for street placement in Lexington?
Yes, street placement in Lexington requires a permit, and Rubble Jockey handles it at no charge.
When driveway placement isn’t practical, we coordinate the LFUCG Lane Blockage Permit for an approved street location. Allow one to three business days for processing before delivery.
We evaluate truck access, overhead clearance, and loading access before setting the container. A dumpster placed entirely on your driveway or other private property does not require a street-placement permit.
How do you protect my driveway during delivery?

When overhead obstacles, gates, or other access restrictions prevent us from backing directly to the placement spot, the pads also allow us to slide the dumpster into position without its steel rollers contacting the driveway.

Do you rent dumpsters for concrete and clean fill?
Yes, we provide dedicated dumpsters for concrete, dirt, brick, block, rock, gravel, and asphalt.
Choose a 10- or 15-yard container for approved clean fill. Our 20-yard concrete containers accept concrete, brick, and block only. We confirm the container and loading requirements for your material before delivery.
Trash, wood, drywall, and roofing are excluded from clean fill loads. Concrete and dirt are prohibited in our 30- and 40-yard dumpsters.

Do you provide dumpsters for horse manure and stall bedding?
Yes. Our Jockey Box 20 and Jockey Box 30 collect horse manure and used stall bedding.
These 20- and 30-yard muck containers offer an alternative to traditional muck wagons for horse farms, boarding barns, and visiting equestrian crews. Your crew loads the container using wheelbarrows, muck buckets, or equipment. We handle delivery, exchanges, and disposal.
Rentals follow a 28-day cycle, with earlier exchanges as needed. We match container size and service frequency to horse count, bedding type, and stall-cleaning practices, and coordinate placement for barn access and loading.
Do you offer sealed concrete washout containers?
Yes. Our 10-yard sealed concrete washout containers arrive in December 2026.
Purpose-built MAC containers collect concrete washwater and residue without disposable liners. Sealed rear doors provide containment for commercial, industrial, and public construction projects.
We coordinate placement and exchanges with your superintendent around concrete pours, site access, and stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) requirements. Service includes pickup and disposal of solidified washout material.
When needed, we can apply a solidifying agent before pickup to prepare the material for removal. An additional treatment charge applies.
