The Full Rental Agreement governs if there’s any conflict

RIGHT SIZE.  FAIR BILL.
NO SURPRISES.

Residential Pricing

  • Flat-rate pricing: by dumpster size with included tons.
  • Right Size Guarantee: Applies to Residential only ( not contractors)
  • Flat-rate pricing: is designed to help prevent overage on normal household items when the right size is chosen.
  • Overage is simple: (see /pricing/) on the exact tonnage above included (not rounded),
  • Proof matters: pickup photos on every haul + scale ticket/weight documentation when available.
  • Timing: rentals run in 7-day blocks (example: Monday drop → next Monday pickup window). Extra days (see /pricing/).

Contractor Pricing + Billing

  • Base dumpster rate + disposal by the ton(see /pricing/) on exact tonnage (not rounded).
  • Up to 14 days standard rental period.
  • Clean invoices: base/container and disposal/tonnage shown as separate line items.
  • Job tracking: Send a PO and/or job name and we’ll put it on the invoice for clean bookkeeping.
  • Proof matters: pickup photos every haul + scale ticket/weight documentation when available.
  • Right Size Guarantee does not apply to contractor pricing.

Scope

  • What we do: Roll-off dumpster rentals with delivery, pickup, and swaps when available. We help with sizing, placement, and keeping the job on track.
  • How we run it: Service timing is based on routing, urgency, site conditions, and safe truck access. We use local experience and routing tools to make practical calls and keep projects moving.
  • What we need from you: Have a clear, accessible spot ready. The truck needs room to get in, set the dumpster safely, and get back out clean.
  • If the first spot won’t work: If access, ground conditions, weather, or site conditions make that placement a bad fit, we’ll recommend one that will.

Clean Fill Rules

  • Clean fill is inert only: dirt, concrete, asphalt, brick, mixed inert.
  • No contamination: Trash/mixed debris converts the load to C&D (see /pricing/).
  • Fairness: Minor contamination may be removed at pickup if safe and no delays.
  • Clean fill loads typically don’t generate an individual scale ticket.

Rental Period + Extra Days

  • Simple schedule: 7-day blocks (example: Monday drop → next Monday pickup window).
  • Delivery day counts as Day 1.
  • Extra days: (see /pricing/).

Right Size Guarantee

  • Applies to: Residential 20-yard only.
  • Qualifies when: Half full or less and weight shows ≤ 1 ton.
  • If it’s half full or less and the weight shows ≤ 1 ton, we credit it to 15-yard pricing.
  • Proof: pickup photos + scale ticket (when issued).
  • Weight is the final factor.

Prohibited + Safe Loading

  • Load level: Don’t load above the top rim.
  • No hazardous items: Chemicals, asbestos, flammables, medical waste, etc.
  • Safe/legal to haul: If it’s too heavy/unsafe, material must be removed before pickup.
  • If it’s too heavy/unsafe, material must be removed before pickup. Rental time continues until it’s haul-ready.
  • Don’t move the dumpster without our approval.

Driveway Protection

  • We use extreme-duty protection pads (RolliSkates) where they will offer needed driveway protection.
  • RolliSkates help spread weight and reduce surface marking on typical driveways.
  • Bonus: Plates also let us slide/position the dumpster a few inches to get it exactly where you want it (when safe to do so).
  • We may skip plates on surfaces that can damage the plates or aren’t stable: gravel, soft ground/mud, broken surfaces, uneven pavers.
  • If the spot is unsafe for the truck or the surface, we’ll recommend an alternate placement that still keeps your project moving.
  • Review driveway protection and placement →

Proof + Weight Documentation

  • Every haul: Pickup photos.
  • When the facility provides it, we include weight documentation / scale ticket.
  • No-ticket streams: Clean fill + some recycling/scrap may not issue individual tickets (photos + facility docs support billing).
  • When no ticket exists, we bill using photos + the applicable rate schedule.

Failed Pickup + Trip Charge

  • Keep it accessible: No cars blocking, locked gates, or moving the dumpster.
  • Trip charge: the current posted rate (see /pricing/). If we arrive and can’t service it due to blocked/inaccessible access (Lexington/Georgetown/Nicholasville).
  • Common causes: blocked access, vehicles, locked gates, overloaded/unsafe load.
  • No trip charge: Frozen-in or mud/soft-ground conditions (not preventable access issues).
  • That exception does not apply to preventable stuff like vehicles or locked gates. These details should be communicated when scheduled.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is billing kept fair?

  • Rubble Jockey supports fair billing with pickup photos and weight documentation.

Pickup photos are taken on every haul, and facility weight documentation or a scale ticket is used when issued. That keeps charges tied to proof instead of guesswork.

Do you use driveway protection?

  • Rubble Jockey uses extreme-duty driveway protection pads to help protect driveways.

They support cleaner placement and help reduce avoidable surface issues.

How do I pick the right size dumpster?

  • Rubble Jockey helps match the dumpster size to the material, debris volume, and safe loading limits.

Dense material like dirt, concrete, brick, or asphalt usually belongs in a smaller dumpster, while bulkier cleanout or remodel debris may need more volume. If you are deciding between residential sizes, the 20-yard gives more room, and the Right Size Guarantee reduces oversizing risk when it returns half full or less and weighs 1 ton or less.

What is a clean fill dumpster?

  • A clean fill dumpster is for inert material only.

That includes material like soil, dirt, concrete, brick, rock, and similar non-trash loads. If trash or mixed debris is loaded into a clean fill dumpster and cannot be removed easily, the load may be reclassified and billed as regular waste or C&D.

How does contractor pricing work?

  • Contractor pricing uses a base rate, disposal billed by the ton, and up to 14 days with no tonnage included.

That gives contractors more flexibility on active jobs. Charges are supported by facility documentation or a scale ticket when issued.
