Right Size Guarantee
Most first-time renters in Lexington are not fully comfortable sizing a dumpster, and smaller containers often feel safer on price. Rubble Jockey built the Right Size Guarantee to remove that friction by making a 20-yard residential rental easier to choose when the project may need more room. If the dumpster is half full or less at pickup and the load is 1 ton or less based on pickup photos and disposal weight documentation, the rate adjusts down to the 15-yard price.
Right Size Guarantee FAQs
Rubble Jockey adjusts a qualifying 20-yard residential rental down to the 15-yard rate.
The adjustment applies when the dumpster is half full or less at pickup and the load is 1 ton or less. Qualification is supported with pickup photos and facility weight documentation or a scale ticket when issued. It is a clean rule built to make sizing easier without turning billing into a debate.
Rubble Jockey uses pickup photos to verify whether the dumpster was half full or less.
Those photos are taken at pickup and used to document the visible load level against the guarantee standard. That keeps the volume side of the rule objective instead of relying on memory, estimates, or back-and-forth after the job is over.
Rubble Jockey uses facility weight documentation to confirm whether the load was 1 ton or less.
That may be a scale ticket or other disposal-facility weight record, depending on how the load is processed. The point is simple: the guarantee is supported by real weight documentation, not a guess. Right size. Fair bill. No surprises.
Rubble Jockey’s Right Size Guarantee applies only to qualifying 20-yard residential rentals.
It does not apply to contractor pricing, wholesale-style pricing, or other container sizes unless Rubble Jockey states otherwise. That keeps the guarantee aligned with the customer group that most often needs help balancing enough dumpster space against the fear of paying for more than the project needed.
