Frequent Asked Questions
Landfills do not allow tires to be disposed of with regular debris. Tires require separate handling and disposal, and landfills charge penalties when they’re mixed into general waste. This creates delays, extra labor, and added fees.
Most auto shops, tire retailers, and local recycling centers accept tires for proper disposal. If you’re unsure where to take them, call or text us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
If tires are discovered in the container, a $25 per tire handling and disposal fee will be charged.
This covers sorting time, transport, and landfill disposal requirements.
Yes — but only if it is completely solid and dry.
Liquid paint is not allowed in dumpsters due to landfill restrictions.
Paint is considered acceptable only when it is fully hardened, not sticky, not pourable, and not leaking.
Accepted methods to solidify paint include:
• Letting the lid off and allowing paint to air-dry
• Mixing paint with cat litter, sawdust, or a paint hardener
• Allowing small amounts to fully cure inside the can
Once solid, the lid should be removed and the can placed in the dumpster.
Landfills do not allow liquids because they can leak, contaminate other waste, and create environmental hazards. Solidifying paint ensures safe and compliant disposal.
