Dumpster Rental Agreement
This Dumpster Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the “Renter” and “Rubble Jockey LLC” (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) as of the date of rental.

2. Rental Terms and Conditions:
- Rental Fee: The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee as specified by Rubble Jockey LLC found at www.rubblejockey.com.
- Payment: The Renter agrees to make the payment in full prior to or upon delivery of the dumpster.
- Prohibited Materials: The Renter agrees not to load dirt, concrete, stone, or sand without Rubble Jockey LLC’s consent. The Renter also agrees not to dispose of hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, flammable substances, medical waste, and radioactive materials.
- Overloading: The Renter agrees not to overload the dumpster beyond its weight capacity of 5 tons or fill it above the designated fill line. If overloaded, the Renter is responsible for removing enough contents to ensure safe transport of the dumpster plus daily rental fees.
- Care and Use: The Renter agrees to use the dumpster in a careful and responsible manner, taking necessary precautions to prevent damage to the dumpster or surrounding property.
- Placement: Rubble Jockey LLC will make reasonable efforts to place the dumpster in the specified location, but the final placement decision will be at the discretion of the company’s driver.
- Damage or Loss: The Renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the dumpster during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
- Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Rubble Jockey LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Renter’s use or delivery of the dumpster.
- Termination: Rubble Jockey LLC reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and remove the dumpster if the Renter breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
- Overage: Any weight overage beyond the selected dumpster size will incur an additional fee of $75 per ton. Overage fees are rounded up.
3.Liability and Insurance:
- The Renter acknowledges that they are responsible for any liability or damage that may arise from the use of the dumpster during the rental period.
- The Renter is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any liability, damage, or loss associated with the rental.
4.Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kentucky.
- Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, such as negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. The Parties agree to engage in good faith efforts to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. If the Parties are unable to resolve the dispute through ADR, either Party may initiate legal proceedings as permitted by applicable laws. The costs and expenses associated with ADR shall be borne equally by the Parties unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5.Entire Agreement:
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
By signing below, the Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Dumpster Rental Agreement.
