1) Service

• Rubble Jockey provides dumpsters-only roll-off rentals.

2) Pricing & What’s Included

Residential (bundled flat-rate) — Included tonnage by size:

• 10 yd: 1 ton
• 15 yd: 1 ton
• 20 yd: 2 tons
• 30 yd: 3 tons
• Overage: $79/ton based on the scale ticket (charged only on weight above included tons).
• Example: Includes 2 tons; scale = 2.25 tons → 0.25 × $79 = $19.75.
• Tax/fees: No sales tax. No processing fees. Kentucky waste hauling is tax-exempt.

Trade / Contractor (by-weight) — 14 days standard

• 10 / 15 / 20 yd: $299 base + $79/ton

• 30 yd: $369 base + $79/ton

• Minimum billed disposal: 1 ton per haul (loads under 1 ton billed as 1 ton)

• Tax/fees: No sales tax • No processing fees • Kentucky waste hauling is tax-exempt

• Note: Right Size Guarantee does not apply to trade/contractor pricing

Clean Fill (inert only)

• 10 yd: $349 (up to 7 days)

• 15 yd: $399 (up to 7 days)

• Allowed: dirt, concrete, asphalt, brick, mixed inert

• Strict rule: any trash/mixed debris converts the entire load to C&D pricing + $79/ton

• Clean fill means inert only: no wood, drywall, trash, insulation, roofing, or mixed debris

3) Driveway Protection

• We include driveway protection at no charge using Extreme-duty protection pads (RolliSkates) on every delivery. Pads reduce risk but do not eliminate it.

4) Right Size Guarantee (Residential only)

For residential 20-yard orders only: if the dumpster is half full or less by volume AND ≤ 1 ton (photos + scale ticket), we credit you to 15-yard pricing. Weight is the final call. 

5) Rental Period & Additional Days

• Residential: 1–7 days included
• Contractor: 14 days standard
• Clean fill: 7 days maximum
• Additional days beyond the included/standard rental period are billed at $21.29/day.

6) Payment Terms

• Payment due prior to or upon delivery.
• Net 15 applies to approved trade accounts only.
• Net 15 late fee: 2% per month.
• Amounts due may be charged to the payment method on file.

7) Prohibited Materials

• No hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, flammables, medical waste, radioactive materials). Clean fill must remain inert only.

8) Loading & Safety

• Do not fill above the top rim or overload beyond 15 tons. Customer must remove excess for safe transport. No relocation of the dumpster without authorization.

9) Placement & Responsibility 

We make reasonable placement efforts, and the final decision rests with the driver. Customer is responsible for damage/loss beyond normal wear (excluding driver placement issues/plate shifting). Customer indemnifies Rubble Jockey from claims arising from use.

LFUCG Street Permits and HOA/POA: 

• If the dumpster must be placed on a Lexington street or public right-of-way, an LFUCG Lane Blockage / Street Use Permit is required (see official LFUCG details).

  Per LFUCG (as of v2026.02), this permit is free ($0) but mandatory when blocking any portion of a street in Fayette County.

  We can obtain the permit on your behalf; processing typically takes 1–3 business days. HOA/POA approvals remain the customer’s responsibility.

Acceptance

By ordering, scheduling, or accepting delivery, the customer agrees to this Agreement, which is incorporated into the order and applies to all services provided.
